Aspen Grove Properties manages single-family rentals and small commercial buildings throughout the Idaho Falls area. The company was built by people who were tired of bad property management and decided the fix was becoming a better one themselves.
We currently self-manage our own rental home and commercial building using the exact same standards, systems, and guarantees we offer every client — because we're not willing to promise anything we don't already practice. That includes published guarantees instead of vague assurances, transparent fees with no surprises, and a 1-business-day response commitment (non-emergencies).
